We got up early enough to hike and see the sunrise at Gates Pass! Beautiful part of the country to attend a family wedding ….temp was cooler than usual, at 60degrees, but we just wore a light jacket… Full review by Curious551027

Have a drive out on the W Gates Pass road. Its a lovely scenic drive with view points and short walks. The whole road will only take you about 20mins one way. Its free and in some parts as good as Sa… Full review by BarryandNicolaG

No, there aren’t any facilities of any kind

do you have to walk to Gate's pass? I am handicapped and want a nice sunset without hiking to it.
A:
You can stay in the parking lot and see the sunset or go to a paved overlook area right next to the lot.

Yes.

Would this road be too much for someone susceptible to getting car sick?
A:
No. The road is narrow and you can't go fast. It does switch back and forth but like said if you go slow you will be OK.
