Yes there is a little spinning as you go from station to station but it is relatively mild (I get motion sick from even a little spinning and it did not effect me), and you have no control over it. It is truly a great attraction and unless someone is extremely sensitive to even a little spinning, then I would say that it should be tried.

If you have fast pass make sure to book it early, if you don't the normal queue wait would be the worst part of the experience.
