Hi. I dont recall seeing any picnic tables there aside from those belonging to the Hatch or whatever. Are there any truly public picnic tables? IF so about how many? I bet theyre hard to get if so but boy would I like to be able to pack a lunch and picnic there. Especially after seeing Yelp reviews of the Hatch avg 2.5 stars from near 100 people. Dont know if ive EVER seen a restaurant rated that low lol Get back!! Thx. Mike in Hamburg

thx! was there today briefly and did spy one picnic table onthe lawn at the marina away from the hatch actually. wasnt around long enough to see if there were any others. best!
What happened to the carved wooden statues at the Erie basin Marina

Supposedly,they were moved to various Other areas throughout the area.I don't know where or if this is true, but that is what I was told by the gatekeeper at the marina.
