Yes, you can certainly buy your tickets at the ticket counter.
Does the museum still have a gift shop and if so, do you have needlepoint kits for the Lady and the Unicorn tapestry -Sense of Taste and Sense of Sight? I do not know if kits arell available and I can't locate a chart for needlepoint. The kits were originally made by Dimensions Inc. and Timothy Glenn, but they are out of business. Ruth Hollis

Unfortunately providing the requested information is not allowed by Tripadvisor, so I can't help you. From 1st of March 2018 until mid-July, the museum is closed for renovation work.
