Historically, the official ticket selling website of the Borghese Gallery has released tickets 60 days in advance unless there is a planned exhibit changeover and ticket sales will be paused. However, over the last year, they have been randomly releasing tickets without following any sort of schedule (not 60 days, not 30 days, it is just random) so it is best to periodically check the calendar to see if your visit date is available or not.
