There are bistro seats at floor level as well as tables and chairs on the upper floor overlooking the stage but they were sold at a premium. The facility advertises outdoor seating but I didn’t see any. Lots of standing room though.
Is there a special line for people who buy the reserved seating upstairs?

I don't believe so. If you want to be one of the first ones in, you can eat at the Iron City Grill (have to spend $20) and they tend to let those people in first.
