Is car parking available?

You would probably need to pay to leave in a nearby parking garage. I’d avoid driving in Manhattan if you can. Ubers, taxis, and subways are easier.

No I didn't pre book . I went on a Wednesday morning in early November. Only had to Q for about 10 mins.

They have lockers down near the restrooms, but I'm not sure if they're large enough to accommodate a full suitcase. You might want to call them and ask.
