A lot of renovations and refurb works were going on (which we knew about) but it really did impact our visit. A disappointing amount of animals overall but the ones we did see were interesting. Full review by Lizally47

lovely gold keeper experience both keepers where great and very passionate about their jobs. loved meeting and feeding the giant otters copper the fox and the deer. good value and will return Full review by Gemma G

The otters were super cute and very funny - lots of different breeds of otters and lots of talks going on. The animals were all clearly very well looked after and it was an interesting mix of animals… Full review by Mellow M
