Canada wing back Alphonso Davies has finally signed a contract extension with Bayern Munich. The Bavarian powerhouse says the 24-year-old Davies has signed a deal through June 2030.

But Bayern made a huge effort to retain Davies and, with a deal now in place, they will move on to drafting the terms ahead of the Canada international putting pen to paper this week. Davies joined Bayern from Major League Soccer side Vancouver Whitecaps in January 2019 and has gone on to win the Bundesliga title five times.

It is finally official. Alphonso Davies has committed his long-term future to Bayern Munich signing a new contract until 2030.
