She will join the organization in March, succeeding Interim Executive Director Maureen Stapleton, who took on oversight of the organization a year ago after founding executive Sue Mosey retired.
One of the buildings is close to being complete and the other, a rehabbed Cadillac plant, is expected to open next summer.
