A man who was hit and killed by a driver Sunday in Spokane Valley has been identified as 43-year-old Paul Connelly, according to the Spokane County Medical Examiner’s Office.

The 66-year-old was struck by both a 2014 Buick Enclave and a 2018 Infinity QX30 while crossing near a McDonald's restaurant.
