On3 recruiting expert Steve Wiltfong has heaped praise on Oregon’s 2024 transfer portal class, calling it “by far, the most talented” in the nation. Wiltfong published an evaluation Tuesday, highlighting the Ducks’ impressive average commit ranking of 88.
