The 2024-25 Sixers hit the midway point with a winless weekend. The team lost its sixth consecutive game Sunday night in Milwaukee, losing a 123-109 contest to the Bucks. Through 41 games, the Sixers are 15-26.

Tyrese Maxey scored 37 points but the shorthanded Sixers, who were without Joel Embiid and Paul George among others, had no answer for Giannis Antetokounmpo and Co. down the stretch.

But one of the most fascinating stories from this year's voting that I don't see very many people talking about is the straight-up disappearance of Tyrese Haliburton ... I'm so tired of hearing Tweaker, but Damian Lillard doesn't seem to be.

Before the 76ers played the Denver Nuggets in Ball Arena, Maxey received a nice gift from a child– himself in Lego form. The 24-year-old appreciated the creative gesture and signed the boy's jersey. Unfortunately, the feel-good moment did not carry over into the game.

Damian Lillard added 25 points for Milwaukee, which completed a 4-0 homestand. Khris Middleton had 13 points and eight assists in 25 minutes off the bench. Brook Lopez added 12 points, and Taurean Prince had 11.
