DALLAS - A new chicken restaurant from celebrity chef Guy Fieri is opening its doors in this week. Chicken Guy! is opening its first ever Texas location on Thursday, Feb. 6 in Preston Hollow Village. This is the first of multiple Chicken Guy! restaurants planned to come to North Texas.

The Fieri spot was deserted an hour after doors opened at 11 a.m. on January 31. There were a couple of people seated toward the back of the restaurant, past the open kitchen and next to the Jumbotron playing reruns of Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, but otherwise, the dining room was empty.

DALLAS – Another celebrity-owned chicken restaurant is opening in North Texas. Chicken Guy!, founded by chef Guy Fieri and restaurateur Robert Earl, opens in Dallas' Preston Hollow neighborhood on Feb. 6. According to the restaurant's website, the menu features one-of-a-kind chicken tenders with a wide selection of sauces created by Fieri.
