Belfast’s city centre railway station closed on Friday to make way for the opening of a new public transport hub later this year. The last train left Great Victoria Street station at 23:32 BST.
He works in the intensive care unit at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast. Although he briefly retired at the age of 69, he came back "after about four months" because he was bored.
