Musselman ranted that analytical systems determining who makes the NCAA Tournament is ‘unfathomable,’ but USC still has a path to an at-large bid with a few quality wins in February.

It was exactly the type of statement victory Musselman and the Trojans were looking for. After a frustrating loss to crosstown rival UCLA on Monday night, USC was in desperate need of a strong bounce-back performance. Boy did the Trojans get that, holding the first-place team in the Big Ten to 64 points.

The USC Trojans are 9-5 while playing at Galen Center. After losing two in a row on their home court, USC coach Eric Musselman is looking for different avenues to finish out the season strong at home.
