Apple is working on its latest MacBook Pro models, which will be powered by the next-generation M5 chip. The tech giant has reportedly begun mass production of the M5 chip, with a report suggesting that these new devices might arrive as early as late 2025.

Last year's M4 chip debuted in the new iPad Pro in May. A change from previous years when the M1 through M3 processors launched on the MacBook Pro.
