Gwyneth Paltrow has bid farewell to her Los Angeles mansion as it has officially sold for $22 million. It was initially being listed for $29.99 million in May 2024.

The sale was due to Paltrow's desire to downsize, her realtor told the Wall Street Journal, now that her (and singer Chris Martin's) children, Apple and Moses, are growing up and attending college at Vanderbilt and Brown, respectively.

The 1950s single-story house was unharmed by the recent wildfires.

Paltrow’s Brentwood, California, abode, which was left unscathed by surrounding (and still ongoing) wildfires, first hit the market in May 2024 for $29.9 million. She lowered the price to $24.9 million in October before landing on its final list price. The buyer’s identity has not yet been revealed.

Hollywood actor and businesswoman Gwyneth Paltrow has sold her Los Angeles mansion for a whopping $22 million, according to The Wall Street Journal. The 8,000 sq. ft. property is located in Mandeville Canyon, an upscale area of Brentwood neighborhood.

Paltrow and her ex-husband, Coldplay singer Chris Martin, purchased the 1950s single-story home for $9.95 million in 2012.
