Since the user needs to see the actual label contours, especially for round labels, I'm creating the label contours as shapes. When I'm ready to print, I can simply uncheck "print drawings created in Word" under . file->options to make those outlines invisible.

Yesterday, after about 50 minutes of fussing I got everything to line up successfully, and saved the word doc to complete printing later in the day. When I returned an hour later, everything was off register. No matter how I try to adjust the template, it will not line up.

Apr 15, 2021 · In the screenshot, Avery 25395 is selected; these are 2 1/3 x 3 3/8 labels, which isn't quite what you wanted. If you don't know the manufacturer and product number, or if your desired manufacturer/product number isn't present, you can click the "New Label" button on the Label Options dialog and create your own template.
