Jan 26, 2024 · Today I noticed that my pressure valve on my water heater was leaking again when heating. So I checked the pressure on the expansion tank while the water pressure was on and it was at 80psi. I waited until the water heater shut off and measured the pressure on the expansion tank and it was 127psi, but started to come down as the water cooled.
