USMC M4 has a PEQ-16 And that's about it. Some units have an Aimpoint instead of ACOG. That's really about it tho. Same as its been the last decade

Jul 6, 2009 · Any M16 bayonet will fit the M4. Your problem is that your barrel is most likely 16" long and as such is not designed to fit a bayonet. The real M4 has a 14.5" barrel and the distance between the bayo lug and muzzle is the same on the M16A2 and the M4.....yours is longer.

Nov 15, 2024 · I have an M4-22 and have occasionally experienced that. I just lubed the bolt and it seemed to function fine after that. This gun likes to be lubed to operate optimally. I don’t really think it’s a matter of being dirty, just needing some oil on the bolt.
