Literally everything else you wrote was nothing but you sucking up on Itachi. Again strength is irrelevant for Anbu Black Ops, as long as you are good at killing or espionage, you could be in the Anbu Black ops which is why Itachi and Kakashi was perfect for Anbu and why someone like Gai was denied a position in Anbu.

Feb 19, 2016 · Edit: Went searching. Best I could find was that his father was the Anbu Commander "Arms of the Third Hokage". His mom is mentioned as an elite shinobi also part of the Black Ops but anything beyond that, including the state of their health, isn't mentioned.
